Connie Health is seeking a versatile and experienced Fullstack Engineer to join our Agent Experience team and build the core tools that our Medicare agents rely on every day to serve customers efficiently and accurately. This role focuses on developing high-impact applications that streamline agent workflows, reduce friction in the sales and service processes, and enable our agents to provide exceptional service and help their customers make informed healthcare decisions.
You will work across a modern tech stack: frontend experiences in Vue/Nuxt, backend services in Type Script/NestJS, and data persistence in Postgres, all deployed on AWS with containerized infrastructure. Beyond feature delivery, you will shape system architecture, improve reliability and performance, and set engineering standards for a product surface that is mission-critical to Connie Health’s growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is product-minded, technically rigorous, and motivated by building tools that directly empower frontline users.
This is a hybrid role, based out of our new Boston office near South Station.

- Work on critical agent workflows such as lead management, enrollment, policy servicing, plan comparisons, and commissions visibility, with a focus on usability, performance, and reliability.
- Architect and implement scalable backend services and APIs, ensuring clean domain models, well-defined contracts, and robust error handling.
- Develop rich, responsive frontend interfaces that optimize agent productivity and reduce cognitive load.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Sales, and Operations teams to translate complex business processes into intuitive, efficient experiences.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Uphold engineering best practices for code quality, testing, and observability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our platform and internal tools.
Minimum Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on building scalable web applications.
- Strong proficiency in Type Script and modern backend frameworks, preferably NestJS.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
