Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Python + React.js)

We are currently looking for a skilled Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Python + React.js) to join our dynamic team and work with one of our inspiring US clients. Our client is revolutionizing the asset-based lending industry by providing infrastructure that unlocks speed, efficiency, and accuracy for borrowers and lenders. Their platform processes over $18 billion in transactions annually across ABS and BL markets, delivering cutting-edge solutions to transform the lending experience.

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python (Flask), React, and Type Script.
• Design, optimize, and implement Postgre
  
  SQL databases; familiarity with other database systems.
• Debug, triage, and resolve complex technical issues across frontend and backend.
• Identify root causes and propose effective fixes.
• Communicate with stakeholders to clarify issues and align on solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with multiple teams and take ownership of major initiatives when appropriate.
• Embrace rapid prototyping within a tight customer-feedback loop.
• Contribute to a collaborative, autonomous, and dynamic work environment.

• 6+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with Python (Flask), React, and Type Script.
• Proficient in Postgre
  
  SQL with familiarity in other database systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills across frontend and backend.
• Experience debugging, triaging, and resolving complex technical issues.
• Ability to identify root causes and propose effective fixes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work with stakeholders.
• Nice-to-have:
  Experience with Next.js for frontend performance and server-side rendering.
• Demonstrated ownership of major initiatives and drive to completion.
• Willingness to work with a degree of autonomy in a dynamic environment.
