Now, we're looking for a detail-driven, tech-savvy Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our fun and fast-paced team!
At a Glance: In this hybrid role, you'll be in the office twice a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays) and working from home the rest of the time. You'll collaborate closely with fellow QA Engineers and Software Developers to ensure our application is stable, user-friendly, and bug-free. From crafting thorough test plans to troubleshooting and validating audiovisual hardware and Windows drivers, you'll face new challenges daily—all while making a meaningful impact on healthcare education across the globe.
WhatYou ll Do
- Test & Triumph:
Validate software features, fixes, and performance through functional, smoke, end-to-end, and regression testing. - Bug Buster:
Investigate and document software failures, then collaborate with developers to root out the culprit and track down solutions. - Feature Phenom:
Experiment with and mold new and groundbreaking features into our applications to bring them to life for our clients. - Escalation Expert:
Assist teams like Development, Implementation, Sales, and Tech Support by digging into escalated issues, identifying workarounds, and documenting everything for smooth resolution. - Data Detective:
Gather key info from log files, databases, and configuration files to fully understand and fix issues. - Innovation Influencer:
Brainstorm improvements that enhance usability and stability. Share your input on features and fixes that make our applications shine. - QA Conductor:
Collaborate with your fellow QA pros to refine our testing strategy, develop new test cases, and coordinate test rack management.
- Technical Chops: 2+ years of experience in QA, development, engineering, or product support. You re familiar with cloud-based applications (AWS, databases, browsers) and comfortable working in Windows.
- Testing Mastery:
You know how to build detailed test plans, identify bugs, and ensure continuous quality through regression testing. - Agile Attitude:
You thrive in a dynamic environment, love juggling multiple tasks, and keep a sharp eye on every detail. - Stellar Communication:
You can clearly document issues, share solutions, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Eager Learner: A bachelor s degree in IT or engineering (or equivalent experience) means you have a solid foundation, and you re always ready to pick up new skills.
- Bonus Points:
- You can roll up your sleeves and set up AV equipment, cameras, servers—will give you a leg up, but is not required.
- Experience with JavaScript, Linux, or macOS is a plus—but not required!
