- Commitment to clear and maintainable code, with consideration for usability
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical solutions effectively
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Go, HCL, and YAML
- Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and monitoring tools like Datadog
- Interest in developer experience and platform usability improvements
- Previous involvement in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives
