Overview
We re a well-funded, early-stage healthcare technology company building AI-powered solutions to improve access to care and simplify the complex world of medical billing and insurance. Our platform helps individuals navigate claims, coverage, and healthcare finances with unprecedented efficiency. We re backed by leading venture capital firms and experienced operators from the healthcare and technology sectors, and we re building a product that makes a real difference in people s lives.
The RoleWe re hiring a Staff or Principal Software Engineer to build and own mission-critical data pipelines and integrations. You ll architect the systems that connect our platform to insurance companies, healthcare providers, financial institutions, and other external sources. Healthcare data is complex, fragmented, and inconsistent. This role is about building robust infrastructure that can reliably extract, transform, and orchestrate information from diverse sources—many of which weren t designed to share data easily.
Whether you re a backend engineer who s built distributed systems at scale or a software engineer who s built data products from the ground up, this role offers the opportunity to architect foundational infrastructure that powers our entire platform.
For Principal-level candidates, you ll provide technical leadership across the integrations team, driving architectural decisions and mentoring engineers while having the autonomy to focus on high-leverage technical challenges.
