• 5+ years of industry experience as a software engineer, preferably in high-growth startups
• Strong problem-solving and full-stack development skills with a record of implementing scalable solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with teammates and managers
• Alignment with company values, including a focus on team success and transparency
• Adaptability and a willingness to engage with a diverse range of challenges in a collaborative team environment

• Familiarity with the tech stack, including Typescript, React Native, Node.js, and Python
• Experience working with legacy codebases and modernizing them
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and contexts
• Interest in AI and machine learning applications in software development
• Previous experience in a mentorship role or leading projects
