Overview
Job Title: Principle Engineer
Location: Hampton, New Hampshire
Pay Range: $150k - $170k
Our client is seeking a Principle Engineer to join their team. As a Principle Engineer, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and innovative problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
What’s the Job?- Lead a cross-functional delivery team, known as a "Pod," to develop and enhance digital products and services.
- Partner with Product Managers and User Experience Designers to design, implement, and deploy innovative solutions.
- Oversee portions of mobile and web applications, ensuring seamless operation and high-quality user experience.
- Collaborate through bi-weekly product delivery cycles, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
- Experience leading cross-functional software engineering teams in a dynamic environment.
- Proven track record in building digital products or services, including design, implementation, testing, and operational support.
- Strong collaboration skills with Product Managers and Experience Designers, with experience managing bi-weekly delivery activities.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following programming languages:
Java, JavaScript, Type Script, Python, Swift, Kotlin. - Excellent communication skills and a passion for innovative technology solutions.
