Full stack developer; JavaScript, Python

"Must have"

• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related quantitative discipline
• 5 years of experience in software engineering with a proactive mindset
• Strong programming expertise in languages such as Python and Golang
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices
• Experience using Git Hub Workflows and Actions
• Sound knowledge of Linux operating systems
• Equivalent combinations of relevant education, training, and experience may be evaluated in lieu of the stated qualifications

• Operate effectively in a dynamic setting with evolving priorities to fulfill customer needs
• Collaborate with engineers on the productization of models and agents, including design, coding, testing, implementation, and deployment
• Assist in CI/CD testing and manage the Dev Ops lifecycle for models and agents across the division
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs for Independent Model Packages
• Work with fellow developers to devise efficient solutions
• Follow agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and seeking opportunities for ongoing learning
• Take responsibility for the complete code lifecycle, providing support for both internal and external users
• Ensure product quality through functional, unit, and performance testing, offering feedback for enhancing testing coverage in the CI/CD pipeline
• Create high-quality, testable, and scalable software solutions within set timelines, applying R&D best practices and procedures
• Participate in open-source projects on behalf of SAS as encouraged
• Adhere to all security policies and processes to promote the organizations secure software development objectives
