We are seeking a highly experienced developer in IBM ACE version 12 (preferred) to support one of our clients. This role will be 90% of the time working from home and you will need to go to office 1 day every 2 weeks.

As an IBM ACE Developer, you will be responsible, but not limited to:

• Creating IBM ACE flows
• Configuring ODBC/JDBC connections for flows (ODBC.ini and mqsisetdbparms)
• Proficiency in ESQL and/or Java for programming compute nodes or Java compute
• Creating REST APIs and/or application flows
• Executing SQL queries
• Performing tests with Postman
• Developing flows that consume external services with security certificates (JKS configuration)
• Documenting the implemented flows

This position describes the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required

The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in the following areas:

• IBM ACE version 12 (11+)
• ESQL and/or Java
• Database connections via ODBC and/or JDBC
• Flow deployment
• Creation of REST API services
• Kafka
