• Own the technical strategy across Fleet Safety, defining a multi-year vision that aligns product needs with scalable architectures
• Lead architecture and systems design for high-impact initiatives, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Advance AI/ML and Computer Vision capabilities in production, focusing on system reliability and model evaluation
• Scale distributed systems and data platforms for improved performance and cost efficiency
• Mentor and grow engineering talent, fostering a culture of ownership and inclusion

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 8 years in an architect or leadership role
• Proven track record of success with early-stage products
• Strong programming and coding fundamentals
• Expertise in large-scale enterprise software applications

• Master s Degree or PhD in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience applying Machine Learning or AI to real-world applications
• Technical proficiency in Go, Python, JavaScript, Type Script, C/C++, or similar languages
