• 10+ years in software development with deep expertise in designing and scaling cloud-native backend systems
• Extensive experience driving technical direction for large, complex systems and leading cross-functional engineering teams
• Proven ability to balance long-term technical vision with short-term execution
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, fostering a high-performance engineering culture
• Expertise with modern distributed computing frameworks and tools (e.g., Kafka, gRPC, AWS/GCP)

• Experience contributing to company-wide technical strategy and excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Proven track record of solving complex technical trade-offs and influencing at all levels
