• Design and develop high-quality cloud-native services within the employer's platform
• Contribute to product reliability and customer satisfaction through testing, debugging, and code reviews
• Collaborate with architects, technical leads, and teammates to drive craftsmanship and innovation
• Promote strong engineering practices and foster a supportive team culture
• Share knowledge and mentor other engineers to help grow talent across the team

• 4+ years of software development experience in products or SaaS, with strong skills in data structures and algorithms
• Background in backend distributed systems and cloud-native development, including building frameworks and designing scalable APIs
• Experience with software design, architecture, and working on cross-functional or multi-team projects
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent practical experience
• Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers

• Proficiency in Java or other programming languages
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges
• Demonstrated ability to influence platform architecture and drive innovation
