Python Developer

Overview

One of TEKsystems top customers is looking to hire a Python Developer to help support their Analytics team. This position is 100% remote.

• Work on a tool to identify key transmission projects of high value.
• Collaborate with a team to migrate from EC2 toward a more serverless architecture while primarily supporting current tasks in the EC2 infrastructure.
• Communicate effectively with the team, including when requirements are ambiguous, and ramp up quickly on a fairly sprawling code base with many entry points.

• Minimum 5 years experience in software development
• Working experience with Python
• Working experience with Vue
• Working experience with Linux EC2
• AWS experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with ambiguous requirements
• Ability to ramp up quickly on a large code base with many entry points

This is a Contract position based out of Juno Beach, FL. Remote work details are described in the overview.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
