• Design, develop, and maintain robust, fast, and scalable automated test frameworks, tools, and infrastructure
• Partner with engineering teams to enhance test coverage and streamline the debugging experience
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and rapid test execution
• Advocate for and drive the adoption of testing best practices across various testing types
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure test environments are stable and accurately reflect production conditions

• Strong background in software engineering with experience in languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go
• Familiarity with infrastructure technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform) and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience in building scalable developer tools and improving developer productivity
• Knowledge of observability, debugging, and profiling techniques for enhancing software reliability
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and influence positive changes in engineering culture

• Experience with emerging testing technologies (web, mobile, AI/ML, backend)
• Previous involvement in CI/CD optimization projects
• Strong passion for the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry
