As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting backend systems and AI-driven solutions. Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Remote

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
• Build and evolve microservices-based architectures focusing on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and data teams to integrate AI-powered features, including LLM-based services and intelligent automation.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions to ensure system security, scalability, and high availability.
• Debug and resolve complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Back End or Software Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and object-oriented design principles.
• Proficiency with Python for API development, data processing, automation, or AI integration.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, service-to-service communication, and data persistence technologies (SQL and No
