Você irá:
- Design and implement backend services/APIs with maintainability and simplicity.
- Work effectively with both SQL and No
SQL databases, choosing the right data model and storage technology for the problem. - Build automated testing (unit/integration/e2e), CI/CD readiness, and safe rollout patterns.
- Own operational excellence: logs/metrics/traces, alerting, on-call support (as needed), and post-incident improvements.
- Ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions and deliver in small, continuous increments.
- Proactive approach to reducing manual bottlenecks through automation.
- Business focus: ability to align technical decisions with the company’s needs and strategic goals.
- Testing culture: commitment to embedding automated testing (unit, integration, e2e) as a core part of the development process.
