• Maintain existing applications by identifying and resolving bugs
• Collaborate with product management to rapidly build and evolve major features
• Research and experiment with key technologies and architectures
• Participate in daily stand‑up meetings and prioritize features to deliver customer value
• Assist in code reviews and pull request evaluations throughout the software lifecycle

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in .NET and PHP development
• Strong skills in PHP 7+, .NET 4+, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ideally ES6)
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful JSON APIs
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with a modern agile development process
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to set objectives and organize work to exceed goals
• Comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders, from junior staff to executives
