• Maintain existing applications by identifying and resolving bugs
• Rapidly develop and enhance major features and applications in collaboration with product management
• Research and experiment with key technologies, architectures, and standards
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings, prioritize features, and deliver value to customers with urgency
• Assist in code reviews and pull request evaluations throughout the software life cycle

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in .NET and PHP development
• Proven experience working within a modern agile development process
• Strong proficiency in PHP 7+, .NET 4+, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (preferably ES6)
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful JSON APIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Independent, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to set objectives and organize work to meet goals
• Comfort in collaborating with individuals at various levels within the organization
• Openness to feedback and ability to incorporate it into future work
