• Maintain existing applications by identifying and resolving bugs
• Collaborate with product management to rapidly build and evolve major features and applications
• Research and experiment with key technologies, architectures, and standards
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings, prioritize features, and work urgently to deliver customer value
• Assist in code and pull request reviews throughout the software development lifecycle

• Minimum of 7 years of .NET and PHP development experience
• Experience with modern agile development processes
• Proficient in PHP 7+, .NET 4+, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ideally ES6)
• Strong skills in designing and integrating RESTful JSON APIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Independent, proactive, and hard-working with a growth mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable collaborating with people at various levels, from junior to executive
• Receptive to feedback and able to incorporate it into future work
