• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions and data architectures related to Salesforce
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements, translating them into architectural specifications
• Develop and maintain the architecture of Salesforce and surrounding applications, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization
• Mentor and guide junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in systems architecture and software development, particularly with Salesforce
• Proficiency in system design methodologies, architecture frameworks, and various programming languages
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with architecture modeling tools and cloud platforms such as Salesforce CRM

• Experience with Salesforce Platform, API integrations, and custom workflows
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
• Knowledge of best practices in software development and data management
• Experience with AI transformation initiatives
