• Build, test, and release product-facing features with strict correctness and scalability requirements
• Design scalable systems to address novel challenges using modern cloud technology and best practices
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to develop a tangible quarterly roadmap
• Write high-quality, well-tested code that meets customer needs
• Work on financial and fund movement products across various teams within the organization

• At least 2+ years of experience in software engineering
• Solid understanding of relational databases and transactions
• Good intuition for REST API design
• Experience in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services
• Passion for building an open financial system that connects the world

• Experience with rapid company growth from startup to mid-size
• Familiarity with blockchains such as Bitcoin and Ethereum
• Experience in decomposing large monoliths into microservices
• Proficient in technologies like Golang, Ruby, Docker, Sinatra, Rails, Postgres, Mongo
  
  DB, or Redshift
• Background in building financial, high-reliability, or security systems
