• Maintain existing applications by identifying and resolving bugs
• Collaborate with product management to rapidly build and evolve major features and applications
• Research and experiment with key technologies, architectures, and standards
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and assist in code and pull request reviews
• Prioritize features and work with urgency to deliver value to customers

• Minimum of 7 years of .NET and PHP development experience
• Proven experience with a modern agile development process
• Strong skills in PHP 7+, .NET 4+, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ideally ES6)
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful JSON APIs
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills

• Independent, proactive, and hard-working with a growth mindset
• Ability to set objectives and organize work effectively to meet and exceed goals
• Comfortable collaborating with individuals at varying levels, from junior to executive
• Ability to receive feedback and incorporate it into future work
