• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or 3 years with a Master’s degree, or a PhD without experience
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI‑powered user experiences
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, REST, and related frameworks
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills in distributed environments
• Strong skills in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and cloud‑native deployments

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision‑making, or problem‑solving
• Hands‑on expertise with AI orchestration frameworks and building workflows for multi‑agent systems
• Development experience on the Service Now Platform
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar object‑oriented languages
• Familiarity with modern front‑end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue
