Mid‑Level Android Engineer
We’re seeking a Mid‑Level Android Engineer to build high‑impact native mobile experiences. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to design, code, and test user‑centric features, contribute to architectural decisions, and uphold engineering quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, code, and test rich, interactive native mobile experiences.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather/refine requirements.
Lead coding efforts for assigned modules/features.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues.
Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Contribute to architecture and design discussions.
4+ years in native Android and/or iOS development.
Proficiency with Kotlin and/or Java (plus: Swift/Objective‑C).
Strong grasp of mobile methodologies, patterns, and best practices.
Solid problem‑solving and debugging skills.
Excellent teamwork and communication.
Remote within the U.S. Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Salary Range: $83,000- 90,000 annually Final date to receive applications: 3/10/2026 Compensation & Benefits
This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to applicable plans.
