Role:Senior Financial .Net Developer/Architect

Key Responsibilities
- Application Architecture:
Design and implement budget and financial applications using .Net, ensuring stability and high performance. - Infrastructure Management:
Develop detailed technical infrastructure diagrams and specifications; maintain central application instances. - Database Optimization:
Handle SQL Server installation, maintenance, and optimization, including SSIS package development for complex data extraction. - Reporting & Analysis:
Utilize Stimul Soft and Active Reports to maintain state budget manuals and operational plans. - Security & Recovery:
Design and maintain TDE Encryption and develop/test comprehensive disaster recovery plans. - Service Development:
Build and maintain both Windows Services and Web Services. - Mentorship:
Assist and mentor team members on .Net best practices and solution design.
- Senior .Net Development: 6+ years of experience with ASP.NET, C#, and .NET architecture.
- Financial Expertise: 6+ years designing and implementing financial/budget applications.
- Database Mastery: 6+ years with Microsoft SQL Server (2008 R2 through 2016), including MSTDC configuration and optimization.
- Encryption & Security:
Proven experience with TDE Encryption and disaster recovery implementation. - Reporting Tools:
Professional experience with Stimul Soft Reports or Active Reports. - Data Integration: 6+ years using SSIS for importing/exporting complex data layouts.
- Legacy Support:
Ability to write and review code when required. - Education:
BS degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Knowledge of state and federal laws regarding procurement, budget, human resources, and payroll processes.
- Prior experience working within a financial institution or government agency.
