- Implement functionality, architect our system, squash bugs, maintain code health, and continually grow as an engineer.
- Deliver resilient and scalable code.
- Own and ideate on technical solutions for product requirements and user stories with minimal supervision.
- Participate in code and design reviews.
- Generate ideas for new initiatives and technologies.
- Communicate engineering concepts and efforts with outside stakeholders in product marketing, operations, business, legal, and compliance.
- Work in a fast-moving, highly-collaborative environment across multiple offices.
- Telecommuting is an option; some travel to SoFi offices may be required.
- Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related field.
