Senior .NET Full Stack Developer; C Document Automation; Remote

We’re seeking a seasoned C#/.NET Developer to join a collaborative team supporting and enhancing a Legislative Information System (LIS). This is a hands‑on role focused on technical design, development, integration, and ongoing support within a large, complex production environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working end‑to‑end across the stack, partnering with stakeholders, and building reliable solutions that support mission‑critical legislative operations.

• Design, develop, integrate, and support enhancements to the Legislative Information System (LIS).
• Build and maintain full‑stack solutions (backend services and frontend components).
• Develop and support applications leveraging Microsoft Word automation
  , Share Point , and SQL Server in a multi‑user production environment.
• Collaborate with technical and business partners to understand requirements and deliver maintainable solutions.
• Use modern version control and delivery practices (e.g.,
  Azure Dev Ops Server
  , Git
  ) to support team workflows.
• Troubleshoot, resolve defects, and provide ongoing application support.

• 5+ years of professional experience as a C#/.NET developer

• Full‑stack development experience (backend + frontend design and implementation).
• Experience developing and supporting solutions using:
  • Microsoft Word automation / document automation (e.g., Office Interop, VSTO, Open XML)
  • Share Point
  • SQL Server (T‑SQL, performance tuning, stored procedures a plus)
• Experience with version control (e.g.,
  Azure Dev Ops Server
  , Git
  ).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent technical experience

• Experience supporting legislative, government, or other regulated public‑sector environments.

• Experience with document generation frameworks or document automation libraries in .NET environments (e.g., Open XML SDK or comparable tools).
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex business processes and operate independently in a new domain.
