Job Title:

Job Responsibilities As a core team member, you will:
* Architect, build, test, and deploy scalable features across web and mobile platforms while ensuring high performance and reliability.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Maintain and extend existing codebases, applying best practices in code quality, documentation, and refactoring.
* Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
* Prioritize and manage your workload in a fast-moving environment, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term technical strategy.
* Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture reviews to shape the technical direction of the product.
* Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate how they can be applied to enhance our platform.## Qualifications
* 3-5+ years of professional software development experience.
* Strong proficiency in at least two of the following languages:
Python, Java, C#, C/C++, JavaScript (or Type Script).
* Hands-on experience designing large-scale web applications and microservice architectures.
* Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with significant business impact in a consumer-facing product.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
* Adaptability to learn new languages, frameworks, and tools rapidly.
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
