Dynamics Analyst

The Dynamics Analyst is responsible for the development and support of custom applications, as well as the integration and extension of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in software engineering, experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM and/or F&O), and a passion for building scalable, maintainable enterprise solutions.

• Develop, test, and support custom applications used by a wide variety of end users.
• Provide technical support and enhancements for existing Dynamics 365 applications by developing and maintaining plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom connectors.
• Understand the diverse needs of internal and external customers to create experiences and deliver services that exceed expectations.

• Proficiency in programming with .NET (C#) or JavaScript/Type Script.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including CRM and F&O.
• Familiarity with data modeling and enterprise-level applications.
• Strong skills in using version control tools for software development.

• 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in React, Python 3, HTML5, and SQL.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with software tools such as Visual Studio Code, Azure Dev Ops, DBeaver, Postman, Secure Shell, Git, and Docker.
• Microsoft PL-400:
  Power Platform Developer certification.
• Experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer or Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Developer.

This is a 100% remote position with the potential opportunity to travel to Colorado. The role requires an action-oriented, disciplined, and accountable individual who is passionate and trustworthy. A customer-focused attitude with high professionalism and discretion is essential. The candidate must be willing to carry a cell phone and be available to respond during both working and non-working hours, while working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
