• Lead and mentor a hands‑on engineering team focused on reusable libraries and platform enablement
• Hire and develop technical talent; conduct one‑on‑ones, goal setting, coaching, and performance reviews
• Collaborate with product, architects, QA, and other engineering teams to plan and execute software delivery
• Drive adoption of modern technologies, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Ops best practices
• Champion secure application development and compliance in a regulated environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience, including team leadership
• Proven ability to deliver scalable software in agile, cloud‑based environments
• Expertise in .NET, Angular, Postgres, SQL Server, and/or Oracle
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence across technical and non‑technical teams

• Experience with CI/CD, Dev Ops, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Experience supporting production systems and resolving complex technical issues
