Software Developer - Mid-Level​/VBA Development

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Software Developer - Mid-Level / VBA Development to join their team. As a Software Developer - Mid-Level / VBA Development, you will be part of the technology support team, contributing to critical reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Software Developer - Mid-Level / VBA Development

Location: Currently 100% remote but the candidate needs to be located in the Denver, CO.

• Develop and support reconciliation tools and macros to enhance SEC Treasury Central Clearing Project (FICC) processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Utilize expert Excel skills to automate and streamline reconciliation activities.
• Maintain and improve existing VBA applications to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Document development processes and provide ongoing support for implemented solutions.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in VBA development and Excel automation.
• Strong understanding of reconciliation concepts and financial data management.
• Ability to develop tools and macros supporting corporate initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
