As a Backend Engineer at Aizen, you’ll be at the core of building and optimizing the infrastructure that powers our end‑to‑end AI platform. You’ll develop scalable backend services, APIs, and data processing pipelines that enable seamless AI deployment and real‑time inference. • Backend & API Development – Design and optimize scalable backend services and high‑performance APIs to support real‑time AI applications, model inference, and data orchestration.

• Data Processing & Infrastructure – Build and optimize large‑scale data pipelines, ETL processes, and storage solutions, ensuring seamless integration between AI workflows and backend systems.

• System Performance & Reliability – Implement monitoring, logging, and incident response workflows, ensuring high availability, low latency, and backend scalability.

• Security & Compliance – Enforce authentication, authorization, and encryption standards, ensuring secure API development and compliance with enterprise security best practices.

• Cloud & Dev Ops Integration – Deploy and manage backend services on AWS, GCP, or Azure, automate infrastructure with Terraform, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.

• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work closely with ML, data, and product teams to align backend infrastructure with business goals, influence product roadmaps, and advocate for backend best practices.

• Proficiency in Backend Development – Strong coding skills in Python and Java

• Cloud & Infrastructure Experience – Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
