Senior Support Engineer

• Salary up to $145,000 per year

• Analyze and resolve software and process‑related issues from internal or external customers
• Document specifications, designs, features, and operations of applications prior to production rollout
• Collaborate with business partners to define and ensure the completeness of system requirements
• Deploy and test patches and custom content packs on Encounter Management and Transaction Management solutions
• Communicate technical and operational issues to engineering and business leadership in a timely manner

• BS degree in a STEM‑related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology
• Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant industry experience
• 5 years of experience reading and writing relational database queries using T‑SQL or ANSI‑SQL
• 5 years of hands‑on experience developing or supporting applications using technologies such as Java, C#, or
• 4–5 years of experience deploying changes using automation tools like Jenkins or Octopus

• Experience with Docker or Open Shift containers
• Experience with JBoss
• Healthcare data experience
• Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM development methodologies
• Working knowledge of Oracle SQL
