Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Backend Developer

This is a REMOTE job. MUST be able to work on W2, no C2C.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• 5–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience developing with Type Script, PHP, or Java.

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages:
  Type Script, PHP, or Java.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular and/or back-end frameworks such as Laravel or Spring.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL or Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining web and/or mobile applications.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
• Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Understanding of media or nonprofit industry technologies.
• Experience mentoring or guiding technical team members.

• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Availability for occasional nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Ability to perform light physical work, including extended computer use, repetitive hand movement, verbal communication, and close visual work.
