Senior Oracle Utilities Developer (C2M, CCB, MDM) – Contract
This role is for a Senior Oracle Utilities Developer on a contract basis, paying $56.10 - $67.56 per hour. Requires 5+ years of experience, strong Groovy scripting skills, and expertise in Oracle Utilities frameworks. Remote work.

System ContextThe current platform is a cloud-based implementation combining Customer Care and Billing (CCB) and Meter Data Management (MDM). The architecture is similar to C2M, which also combines CCB and MDM but usually implemented on‑prem. While there are differences between cloud and on‑prem deployments (such as database handling and versioning), the core development framework and scripting model remain fundamentally similar.
Minimum Technical FoundationCandidate must be strong in at least one of the following: CCB, C2M, or MDM. Strong CCB experience alone is considered sufficient foundation for ramp‑up. Experience must include hands‑on development within the Oracle Utilities framework.
Mandatory Development Skills- Hands‑on Groovy scripting experience.
- Understanding of Oracle Utilities 4GL / scripting framework.
- Ability to independently write, test, and debug code.
- Experience resolving runtime and production issues without heavy supervision.
- Senior‑level Oracle Utilities developer (5+ years preferred).
- Demonstrated custom development within CCB, C2M, or MDM.
- Clear examples of independent debugging experience.
- Comfortable serving as the primary hands‑on developer.
- Able to transition between on‑prem and cloud Oracle Utilities environments.
