• Build and release new features rapidly, validating them with customers and evolving them into robust, scalable solutions
• Solve complex problems and own the success of solutions by architecting, building, testing, and delivering full-stack products
• Maintain the operational health of production systems while supporting a growing customer base
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new event detections and features
• Champion and embed the company’s cultural principles as the organization scales

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Proven experience shipping features used by customers and iterating based on feedback
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision
• Comfortable building end-to-end solutions, with flexibility in front-end or back-end development

• 5+ years of full-stack experience in a fast-paced environment, especially with early‑stage products
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) in production for customer-facing features
• Background in maintaining software products at scale
• Familiarity with technologies such as Go, Graph
