This role provides practical exposure to real‑world projects, structured training, interview preparation, and ongoing career assistance to help you build confidence and technical proficiency in Salesforce development.

• Design, build, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, validation rules, workflows, triggers, and automation tools to meet business requirements
• Integrate Salesforce with third‑party systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Assist with data migration, report generation, dashboard creation, and process automation using Salesforce Flow
• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and cross‑functional teams to deliver effective solutions
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities
• Gain hands‑on experience through active involvement in enterprise‑level Salesforce projects
• Take part in interview readiness sessions and receive continuous professional support

• 0–2 years of experience in Salesforce development or related technical roles
• Working knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning components
• Understanding of data modeling and automation tools within Salesforce
• Familiarity with object‑oriented programming principles and version control tools such as Git
• Strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail
