We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with strong Java expertise and AI integration experience to join a newly formed AI Tiger Team
. This team operates as an elite, fast-moving engineering group focused on embedding AI capabilities into existing software products
, rather than building AI models from scratch.

The role is highly hands-on and will involve working across multiple priority products
, each with unique architectures, users, and technical challenges. Engineers on this team are expected to be adaptable, technically deep, and comfortable moving between different problem spaces and codebases.

• Design, build, and enhance fullstack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React
• Integrate AI capabilities into production software to improve development workflows, product functionality, and system intelligence
• Collaborate with senior engineers and technical leaders to solve complex, cross-product challenges
• Work across a variety of SaaS products with differing architectures and requirements
• Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code aligned with best practices
• Operate effectively in a fast-moving, tiger-team environment with shifting priorities

• Extensive experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Senior Fullstack Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Java
• Spring Boot
• React
• AWS
• Cloud experience (cloud-agnostic backgrounds are welcome)
• Proven experience integrating AI capabilities into production environments
• Experience working in SaaS or product-based software environments
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and system design experience
• Comfort working across multiple tech stacks and unfamiliar codebases
