To elevate our Development team and strengthen the technical foundation behind every client project, we're hiring a Senior Developer (Word Press & Front-End) who can build sophisticated, high-performance law firm websites using our proprietary Gutenberg-based Word Press theme.

This role is built for a developer who creates custom solutions from scratch, balancing technical excellence with usability, and knows how to transform complex Figma designs into bespoke, conversion-optimized experiences. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values autonomy and gives you the space to do your best technical work.

You’ll manage 2-4 concurrent website projects while handling client requests, building custom templates and functionality, developing sites using our theme and working through development cycles from build to post-launch edits. Beyond execution, we're looking for someone who can proactively improve our processes, elevate our theme library, mentor junior developers, and ensure our quality assurance is top-notch. This is a senior-level contributor role where you'll help set a high standard for the team.

• Website Development:
  Build conversion-optimized, high-performance law firm websites using our proprietary Gutenberg-based Word Press theme. Manage 2-4 concurrent website projects from initial build through post-launch edits.
• Custom Template Creation:
  Develop custom templates and functionality that work seamlessly within our theme environment while meeting unique client requirements.
• Design Translation:
  Transform complex Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Word Press experiences that balance visual impact with performance and usability.
• Client Request Management:
  Handle client request tickets alongside project work, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions efficiently.
• Post-Development Support:
  Execute edits and refinements after development completion and post-launch to ensure client satisfaction and site performance.

• Partner with Design, Project Management, Account Management, SEO, and Social teams to ensure all technical deliverables align with client expectations, campaign goals, and performance insights.
• Collaborate with other developers to ensure code quality, processes, and standards are consistent and optimized across the team.
• Take full ownership of technical deliverables while proactively communicating status updates and flagging potential workflow issues.

• Quality Assurance Excellence:
  Establish and maintain rigorous QA processes and testing protocols to ensure every site launch meets our high standards for accessibility, performance, and security.
• Process Improvement:
  Proactively identify inefficiencies in development workflows and propose actionable solutions that increase team efficiency and output quality.
• Theme Library Enhancement:
  Contribute to elevating our proprietary theme library by building reusable components, optimizing existing functionality, and implementing new features.
• Junior Developer Mentorship:
  Coach and mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing to accelerate their growth and elevate team capabilities.
