• Hire, mentor, and coach a multidisciplinary engineering team to foster a high‑trust culture
• Collaborate with product teams to develop technical roadmaps based on partner needs

• Proven ability to balance immediate delivery needs with long‑term system integrity
• Track record of mentoring junior engineers into senior roles and beyond

• Experience in a fast‑paced startup environment
• Familiarity with travel technology or fintech solutions
• Demonstrated success in managing B2B integrations and public‑facing APIs
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to deliver MVPs effectively
