• Build high-performance services using GoLang and gRPC to enhance the customer experience
• Establish and promote best practices in design, coding, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate across teams to deliver improvements and maintain high-quality service
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Navigate complexities and deliver projects within tight time frames

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer with 2+ years focused on backend services using GoLang and gRPC
• Proven ability to integrate at least two third-party applications using Go Lang
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar cloud infrastructure tools
• Familiarity with event‑driven architectures (Kafka, MQ, etc.) and proficiency in SQL or No
  
  SQL databases
• Strong understanding of modern development practices and a solid command of Go Lang

• Experience with Ruby or Python
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and AI/ML technologies
• Knowledge of applications using OpenAI/ChatGPT
• Experience with rate limiters, caching, metrics, logging, and debugging
• Experience with Git Hub Actions or similar tools
