- Manage design and development of software and processes to support large scale, efficient data pipelines.
- Translate technical business goals and requirements into effective design patterns in partnership with engineering leads.
- Plan, prioritize, and execute data production projects and processes for the data engineering team.
- Develop standards and processes for high-quality data product delivery.
- Participate in code reviews and lead technical discussions, maintaining agile practices.
- Oversee the automation of key ETL/ELT processes for large volumes of data.
- Perform data governance, quality checks, and manage data integrity standards.
- Contribute to key technology choices for scalable and secure data pipelines.
- Lead resource allocation to meet operating objectives while fostering a diverse workplace.
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in AWS, Snowflake, and Python is desirable.
- Strong understanding of data governance and quality assurance processes.
- Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate analytical insights effectively to stakeholders.
