• Lead the architecture and delivery of AI-powered workflows, defining the technical strategy and quality standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 6+ years of experience
• Expertise in at least one primary programming language (Rust preferred) and experience with cloud-native architectures
• Proven experience in integrating AI/ML models into user interfaces
• Familiarity with AI/ML ecosystem fundamentals, including LLMs and prompt engineering
• Security and privacy mindset with knowledge of data governance and compliance considerations

• Experience designing reusable AI workflow primitives or internal platforms
• Knowledge of model lifecycle management and feature stores
• Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval strategies
• Proven experience with observability tools for AI systems
• Experience managing machine learning workloads on container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
