In this role, you'll contribute to developing, maintaining, and supporting the Localization Pipeline technology, facilitating seamless integrations, and enhancing efficiency for the Globalization team. As a Localization Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of adopting innovative technologies to dynamically support the localization process, ultimately ensuring high-quality multilingual content delivery.

You'll engage closely with cross‑functional teams and instill best practices in development, contributing to a company culture celebrated for its inclusivity and cutting‑edge solutions.

• Design and develop high quality and scalable solutions within established timelines.
• Develop and maintain scalable components that support the localization pipeline.
• Build internal tools and automation to improve team efficiencies.
• Implement integrations with translation management systems.
• Create tools leveraging GenAI for multilingual support.
• Collaborate with PMs, Translators, and QA teams to ensure effective localization.
• Diagnose and optimize systems for multilingual content delivery.
• Contribute to AI‑based localization frameworks.
• Maintain accountability for code lifecycle.
• Participate in open‑source projects.

• 5 years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Type Script, or Python.
• Experience with Git Hub Actions and CI/CD automation.
• Working knowledge of software localization methodologies.
• Familiar with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with TMS platforms like Smartling.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
