We're looking for a Data Scientist to strengthen Ren's intelligence layer and help us deliver high-signal insights that power deal-making. You'll work directly with the CTO and partner closely with a small team of data scientists and full-stack engineers. You will be responsible for building and refining the core algorithms that make Ren indispensable to our users.

Build and deploy ML/AI systems that surface the right information at the right time—improving contact scoring, news relevance, and feed personalization algorithms that run in production.

Integrate and optimize LLM-powered features by designing prompts, evaluation frameworks, and pipelines that turn foundation models into reliable product capabilities.

Collaborate across the stack by joining product and engineering conversations early to prototype data-driven solutions, validate approaches, and shepherd models from research to deployment.

Iterate with user feedback by translating product analytics, user signals, and edge cases into model improvements.

Strong foundation in ML/AI with hands-on experience shipping production systems, ideally in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with transformer models and LLM integration—you've built systems that use foundation models and understand the tradeoffs of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and API-based approaches.

Full-stack mindset: your core is ML, but you're comfortable across the stack from infrastructure and APIs to understanding how users experience your models.

Strong communication skills—you explain technical decisions clearly, listen with empathy, and thrive in distributed, async teams where documentation and clarity matter.

You've shipped algorithms to production and collaborated with engineers to make them reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
