We are currently looking for a Localization Software Engineer – REMOTE. In this role, you’ll contribute to developing, maintaining, and supporting the Localization Pipeline technology, facilitating seamless integrations, and enhancing efficiency for the Globalization team. You’ll engage closely with cross-functional teams and instill best practices in development, contributing to a company culture celebrated for its inclusivity and cutting‑edge solutions.
Accountabilities- Design and develop high quality and scalable solutions within established timelines.
- Develop and maintain scalable components that support the localization pipeline.
- Build internal tools and automation to improve team efficiencies.
- Implement integrations with translation management systems.
- Create tools leveraging GenAI for multilingual support.
- Collaborate with PMs, Translators, and QA teams to ensure effective localization.
- Diagnose and optimize systems for multilingual content delivery.
- Contribute to AI-based localization frameworks.
- Maintain accountability for code lifecycle.
- Participate in open‑source projects.
- 5 years of software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Go, Type Script, or Python.
- Experience with Git Hub Actions and CI/CD automation.
- Working knowledge of software localization methodologies.
- Familiar with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with TMS platforms like Smartling.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
