• Lead the design, development, and scalability of core Java-based backend services

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Java and distributed system design
• Proven track record of building scalable backend platforms supporting high concurrency
• Deep understanding of the Java ecosystem, JVM internals, and performance tuning
• Hands‑on experience with data systems such as Postgre
  
  SQL/MySQL and Elasticsearch
• Strong experience in building and managing RESTful APIs and microservices

• Familiarity with infrastructure and deployment environments like Kubernetes and AWS
• Solid knowledge of observability tools and log management
• Experience integrating authentication and identity providers into Java services
• Proven leadership in cross‑team collaboration and influencing architectural direction
