As a Senior Product Designer working on Dashlane's core product, you'll be a key member of a high-performing team solving for the Admin persona and its end‑users. Your work will directly impact the user experience for business and personal customers worldwide and will be essential to making their operations more secure.

For this role, we seek someone more inclined to the technical side of the design process, detail‑oriented, and proficient in discoverability. You will be mostly focused on improving the core experience of the product, and you will have to balance UX with Security, helping our users stay safe online and keeping their data secure with us.

You will contribute to a best‑in‑class user experience with an experimental mindset driving breakthroughs. You'll master the balance between intuitive patterns and disruptive ideas by drafting and challenging hypotheses. This involves running them through qualitative and quantitative analysis while staying close to the customer. You'll collaborate with the Product Manager to drive the conversation from problem discovery to solution. At Dashlane, you'll actively contribute to our credential security, helping both large and small customers stay safe online and keep their data secure.

You will be a key member of a product‑engineering‑design triad, working alongside your peers to understand customer needs and identify business opportunities. In this role, you will advocate for user‑centric approaches, influence product decisions, and ensure solutions are implemented in an intuitive, scalable manner.

You will be based in Lisbon, with English as your working language.
