Job SummaryWe are seeking a visionary Senior Platform Architect to lead a transformative era for our product ecosystem. This role is at the heart of our most critical technical initiative: unifying our diverse product suite into a single, cohesive platform. You will be the primary strategist behind centralizing identity, consolidating data, and modernizing our core infrastructure to ensure global scalability and seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities- Lead the Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation, defining and executing a unified authentication strategy across all products, including password migrations, SSO standards, and secure, low‑friction user experiences.
- Architect and drive data and infrastructure consolidation, migrating data and capabilities from multiple “power products” into a centralized platform hub.
- Own system modernization efforts, upgrading gateways and message queue architecture to support higher throughput, reliability, and increasing platform complexity.
- Build a centralized administration layer, delivering a unified “command center” for operational and administrative workflows across the full product portfolio.
- Establish reliability and observability standards, leveraging Rabbit
MQ for resilient messaging and Elastic for search, logging, and monitoring to improve platform transparency and uptime. - Serve as the primary technical partner to product teams, providing architectural guidance, accelerating adoption of shared platform services, and removing delivery friction through cross‑functional leadership.
- 4+ years of experience in a hands‑on Architect/Platform Architect role, leading distributed systems initiatives, platform migrations, or large‑scale modernization programs.
- Expert‑level backend engineering skills in C# and .NET Core, with a track record of designing and delivering scalable platform services.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM solutions, including OIDC (OpenID Connect), SAML, and SSO across multiple products or applications.
- Strong background in SQL Server and data modeling, including schema design, performance considerations, and migration planning for centralized data platforms.
- Demonstrated experience with Rabbit
MQ (or similar message brokers) for asynchronous processing, event‑driven architectures, and reliability at scale. - Hands‑on experience with the Elastic stack (Elasticsearch and related tooling) for search, logging, and observability use cases.
- Working knowledge of Angular (or comparable front‑end frameworks) to partner effectively with UI teams and align platform capabilities with UX requirements.
- Practical cloud experience designing and operating solutions on AWS (preferred) or Azure/GCP, including security, scalability, and operational best practices.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership skills, with the ability to guide multiple product teams, drive alignment on platform standards, and unblock delivery.
