Senior Software Developer

As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative applications for the company, establishing solutions for future growth, and be joining a dynamic team of Application Support and Development team members. You will participate in all phases of software production, including gathering requirements, writing, testing the solution, supporting deployment efforts, and suggesting the most effective solutions.

You will work on new concepts and solutions in the Microsoft technology stack and mentor the junior developers on the team.

• Design, develop, and maintain both new and existing processes.
• Write readable, extensible, testable code.
• Create, maintain, and run unit tests for both new and existing code.
• Work with Director of Software Development to create and adhere to schedules.
• Write and maintain documentation for new and existing features.
• Rapid prototyping and presenting conceptual design and working prototypes to management.
• Conduct design and code reviews and collaborate to ensure your own code passes review.
• Partner with Sales to analyze requirements.
• Collaborate on technical architecture and design.
• Adhere to version control and deployment processes.
• Remote debugging and unit testing.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience utilizing third party API's
• Experience with SQL, C#, .NET, React, Power
  
  BI, Azure
• Located in the Kansas City metropolitan area
• Hybrid - Must be in office 4 days a week with 1 day work from home
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• $120,000 Base Salary + Biannual Bonus based on performance
